Senator Robert Menendez (D-NJ) Has a Problem with Simple Math and Basic Economics

Senator Robert Menendez (D-NJ) seemed to be struggling to answer a simple math question on Neil Cavuto’s Fox News TV show today.  He somehow seems to think that Obama increasing the top tax bracket to 39.6 percent will be lower than it was when Reagen lowered it to around 28 percent in 1986.

Democrats seem to be having a problem with simple math lately.  Joe Biden recently thought JOBS was a 3 letter word. See Joe count to 3 here.
