Looked for 3 hours to find the story confirming this
headline, without success.
It apparently refers to a suit by Acorn (and Justice
Dept) because of discrimination against minorities.

…you looked for three hours to verify it – lol please. One Google search yields many pages of results. And any trip to a local library with access to WestLaw Database would have given you all you needed as soon as you punched in the docket reference.
ACORN filed many of just this exact type of lawsuit just as the elite media has reported several times. You could also find a list of CRA lawsuits using WestLaw.
If you had any substantive refutation you would have posted it, you don’t because there isn’t any.
When I broke this story it went viral. Limbaugh, Beck, Hannity, Quinn and pretty much every radio talk host in the country has referenced my story and so have many of the best known blogs. Not one lefty blog, not HuffPo, not KOS, not any of them have even attempted to take this story on or how we reported it.
